I tell my son that lives in Chicago and the son that lives in New York, you choose to live up North in cold weather. I dislike the summer heat here but I can fish at night on the hottest of days. Or under a bridge during the day if there is an open pillar available. But it is hard to fish when the temperature is in the teens or lower.
