Oops, meant Texas whine. Been whining about crappie not biting but today made up for lots of whining cause they went wild for 35 minutes. Blacks and whites hitting Bobby Garland baby shad in Blue Ice tipped with a minnow. 1/8th oz. Gamakatsu jig on Izorline (12 pound test, 4 pound diameter). Water temp 80 degrees and clear. Minimal brush adjacent to a dock in 15’ of water. Still shady because sun had not come over the yardarm (always wanted to say that but as an Army guy we don’t have any yardarms that I know of). All were big and beautiful. Hope this is a precursor for the upcoming fall.
