So the fish are not gonna eat for a week?
You gotta get out there and change that mind set brother...
These fish are gonna eat rain, shine, flood, sleet, ice, snow or any other condition there is....
I think I can, I think I can, I think I can and then thump and there's a crappie flopping round on the deck of your boat.....LOL
A lot of times when my bite is off I'll go and fish stuff that I usually don't and BAMM there they are....
Your missing the point SK. Have seen it too many time in spring and going great, then something happens and flooding waters come and they open the gates. Then I assure they can be caught, but much tougher conditions and yes they don't s top eating, but the rules have changed at that point. Have seen dropping the lake 2 feet in 2 weeks made the crappie move out 2 feet deeper and stayed there until spring was over. Also yes they were a lot harder to catch and it happens every time!
