Where does one launch up-river or close to up-river?

Look for Ramp 11 on the TPWD site. Its also called the Rebecca Creek launch. There's not a lot of parking there, but its usually not a problem. Be careful though not to back up too far if you don't have 4 wheel drive; that ramp gets slipperier than it looks.
