Fished LBJ with my buddy Danny. We arrived on the water at 0915 with the water temp at 66°. I wasn't sure how fishing was gonna be after this cold front went through yesterday but it was good. We fished brushpiles in deeper water around the granite shoals area in 24 + FOW. Ended up with 37 slab crappie up to 13 1/2 inches and 1 24.85 lb yellow cat. I caught that yellow on an 8 foot ultra lite on 8 lb test line. Off the water at 1300. Good times.
