    When are the spawning times for crappie in Toledo Bend?

    Depends upon water temp. I've seen it as early as mid February to late March. Different times at different parts of the lake as well.

    Okay it all depends on the weather and here are some examples.

    couple years ago we found them in spot and ready Feb 3 rd, but normally it would be a little later, at least a few weeks. However the main thing again is the weather and if you get a week or close to that of temps in the 70's and lots of sun, they are coming in! The water temp probably need to be above 50 degrees, but just that alone is not enough!
