Thread: Found them Today

Fished the mudhole know as Dam B today since the wind was blowing like a hurricane. Fished the Magnolia Ridge area and the crappie were right where they were supposed to be on the trees in less than 2 feet of water. Any color jig I think would have worked and no need to bait hooks with shiners. Got to love it. We kept 12 nice slabs for the table and thru back 3 times that many. Only caught a few throw backs all the rest were nice thick slabs. Look for'em shallow if this wind will lay.

Gotta love Dam B - lived and fished there for 4 years and cypress trees live and fallen are primo spots! The mudhole, how funny, but true. Never much seen it clear the entire time I was there.
