Thread: Fly Fishing for Crappie

Anyone know of good flies to use for crappie? The crappie fishing has been slow until yesterday I started catching them on the fly rod with black wooly boogers. anyone else enjoy fly fishing for crappie?

I don't know of anything any better than a wooly-booger in chartruse with a white plastic bead eye tied on.
