Thread: How highs the water Skip?

Hey Skip have you got your boat back in the water yet? We are getting up there and it's a coming down really good right now, the lake was 5.83 low last night and right now it is 5.71 below normal so you can see it is on a steady rise. That is a lot of water in on a lake that covers this much area.
Doc said I can hit the water next week so I am going to see if we can get out Tuesday or Wednesday and see what the lake looks like with some water in it again. Almost 7 foot rise sense Nov 29th of last year. Thank You Lord...... Ferdi aka Fred

Just checked the lake level this morning and we are now at 4.3' below normal pool. The water is really coming up so we should be in good shape this year unless they pull the drain plug on us.
We are going to put the pontoon in after while to take a ride and check out the updates on the 997c and the new Lakemaster map for Texas/Oklahoma and see how we like it. Those guys "Hawking" it sure make it look good and with the low water we just had it should be able to keep me out of the shallows and know where more of the humps are sooner.
I'll let you all know my feelings about it but see for yourselves because I just enjoy fishing and if I catch any then that is icing on the cake. Ferdi aka Fred
