I think especially the bigger ones are deeper now, there are reports of Crappie guides doing well over brush in 20'. Of course that doesn't do any good for bank fisherman or even me in 13'.

I caught all small largemouth bass by the boathouse. Yes i agree i think they are going deep now.

I'm not fishing this week, but stopped by quickly to check on things Wednesday and had to put a jig in the water of course. Caught a 11.5" and a 10". Small ones weren't biting at all, but that might just be the jigs. They have been biting 10 times better on minnows and I didn't have any on me.

I am going to try night fishing for the first time. See if they move up there.

Have you tried the night fishing recently? I might try it today!

I tried it last Wednesday night 8pm to 1am. It was terrible, caught 2 keepers quick before sunset and then only 1 other about 11:30pm. I didn't even fish this week. Will try morning next.
