Thread: Been wishing and got it

I have been wishing for a NEW Pflueger Supreme for quite a while, years in fact. I found that they were not being made again for who knows how long. I found a guy on ebay who had 25 of the 2008 models new in boxes at a really good price. I don't like buying a pig in a poke cause I usually get burnt. Well this time I got the good seller. Like the commercial on G3 Sportsmans show, "I'm gonna take one for a ride". I didn't get the perfect Crappie rod but I got one I feel will do for all purposes. I put the reel on an All Star 7' medium action blank thru the handle for sensitivity and then spooled it with 10lb Trilene High Visibility line. I have not got to use it yet but am having fun practicing in the yard. hehhee Just had to share a little. Ferdi aka fred

I do not buy a lot off e-bay but what I have purchase has been good. I know there are a lot of bad sellers on there. Glad you found a good one. Go find those White Perch!
