I know there's probably lots of you guy's already using these Rocky Top jigs, but I wanted to just say I'm doing very good on the 2"-3" Elec. Chicken Slabs right now in between rainy spells, crappie are fairly shallow 4'-6' in clear water and lots of shad/ghost minnow schools for them to graze on. Contact Jay Don and family and see for yourself. Also if hand ties are your jig get some Thumpit's from Skip best I've fished in this jig, he tied some Shrimp type jigs for me and they work great! Hat's off to these American made products and all who support them.:D

I will also tell you all I have known Jay Don for a pretty long time now and he and his wife are really fine people. I went to his grand opening a few weeks back at his store in Gun Barrel City, but he has had his web site for a good bit longer. Got to give him credit for guts opening a bricks & mortar store in these time.

Some of you may have seen my post of a video that he did at the CAT meeting on pushing jigs and crank baits. Well that was Jay Don. Anyone still wanting to see that video let me know and I will post is again. There is actually about 4 or 5 videos covering lots of things and some really great ideas of things you can make to store you pre-rigged jigs and crank baits and keep them from a total mess.

Well here is my post with link to the videos if interested. Make sure you see all of the ones Jay Don does. Shares lot of good stuff.

Jay Don & Rhonda at Finny Tribe are some of the greatest people to do business with that I have ever found. What they have done is very unique. If you haven't bought anything from them then you should!
