Easier way to post pictures from your computer.

Was able to post pics here but when I tried to post a pic in a reply to thread, clicked on the add image icon and it ask to enter a url just like you were giong to add a url???

Does the picture on my computer have to be resized to allow uploading with the WYSIWYG editor....??

I try to upload a pic and it loads for several seconds and then fails....

No limit, it will get re-sized automatically.
