Thread: Percy Priest 4/12/09

We went to Priest today with high expections and got to the spot round 9:00 and caught 5 fish in 20 min. 3 were keepers. i was ready for another 30 fish day. then lost a couple reeling them in. then for the next three hours nothing but a yellow. dont know where or why they left. tried to look around and find em. seen em on the finder but nothing biting. guess i needed another front or rain. The water was a few degrees warmer and was up about 7 or 8 inches. Beats me!!

Was on Priest yesterday also. Caught 10 but all were deep 20 to 25 ft tightlining minnows. Didnt even get a nibble shallow.

The same here on Old Hickory Saturday caught 13 able to keep 10 all were caught drop shooting in at least 12.5ft to 18ft on minnows.
