I've heard the same thing. But to me the enviromentalists and lawyers have blown this way out of proportion. (atleast conserning the impact on the lake) I mean its coal ash for goodness sakes. Everybody is trying to get their couple of dollars out of it. I heard of a woman trying to file a law suit on TVA because her daughter developed asthma after the spill, seriously they didn't even live on the lake. Sorry that kind of thing just burns me up.
