Heard one forecaster say that depending on the moisture and the cold air colliding it could be like the 93 storm? Anyone else heard anything? When we get our Bigguns it usually comes out of the Gulf (like 93)

    Default Maybe !

The winter blues have set in for me. I am thinking of going Sunday as the weather appears to be the best that day. Skipping church. I will ask for the Lord to forgive me now.

Dangerous ground TNhooker. I hope you decide against the fishing trip Sunday, and catch 2 limits of hogs the next trip you take.

I'm sorry hooker. I'm not trying to be more holy than anyone, just stuff like that has been on my mind lately. With the Super bowl coming up, and how many people will bypass an opportunity to worship for a game. Something I must admit I used to do EVERY year. A fellow church member has (by his actions, not his words) has convinced me to not go out to eat on Sundays after church. His point is, if church members don't go out to eat the restaurants will not have a need to be open, allowing those working there to attend themselves. Think about it on Sundays the main reason restaurants are open to take care of the church crowd. The church crowd, whose job it is to get others to saved, are contributing to keeping people away from church. Just my two cents. Again I apologize. I really meant it more as encouragement than discouragement. My wife says I don't separate the two very well.

Yesterday's(Thursday) computer models were beautiful for snow lovers painting a swath of 8-12 inch snows over middle TN with most all of the state getting in on the action. It looked like a classic Tennessee snowstorm driving up out of the Gulf. Today's computer models take the storm out to sea with most of the state outside of the Apps getting just a little snow with a cold front coming thru, no dynamic gulf low. Who knows what'll end up happening, because the flopping of the models will scare the weathermen from saying much. I'd hate to have their job this time of year.
