Thread: Old Hickory 5/21

WHAT A DAY!!!!! We originally started out for some Shellcrackers in a different part of the lake but it ended up being a catfish bomber of a day. We only caught 3 crackers and several gill. Then we hit the side of an island next to the channel and caught 10 great channel cats. The biggest was 11 lb and we had a few in the 6 lb range. When I hooked up to the 11 lber Gloria hooked into a 6 lber at the exact same time. I told her she was on her own and she got the fish to the boat and netted it by herself. Then it was on trying to get mine in. That fish had my drag screaming on 8 lb test line. By the time we got both fish in we were wore out. I am trying to attach pictures hopefully I can get them on there.
