I have a guy I work with that was showing me a map of the land that he has a lease on and hunts. He took me to maps.live.com and pulled it up and showed me my house! I pulled up Reelfoot lake and was able to zoom down on boats on the water and duck decoys around duck blinds. This is scary to me to know that there is that kind of technolgy out there. Go check it out, as you zoom in, it will pop up a birds eye view click it and it will give you color photo of the land and will let you zoom in to within 50 yards!! I just want to share this with everyone, because I was unaware of this kind of technolgy. SCARY!!!!

Go to google earth....it's even better. As an outdoorsman I've been using it for years. Most sportsman know about it I would say

This is actually old technology. Spy satellites have the ability to read the newspaper print as it lies on your driveway. And the view you see is the free version. You can pay and get an even better one.

I used to work for the Strategic Air Command (SAC) at Offutt AFB, NE and we had photos of things you wouldn't believe! (classified....you know, I could tell ya but then I'd haveta kill ya)
