I'm no crappie expert, but I don't think Norris is very well known as a crappie lake. I know the state has stock black and blacknose crappie in there, but haven't heard much more than that at Norris...sorry I couldn't have been more help. You might consider hiring a guide for a day...or just go out there and have some fun and drown some minners under a bobber. Tight Lines
