Capps & Coleman rigs with minnows. Depth was 6' to 9' and caught the fish about 3' deep. Water temp was just about 50 degrees. WInd was about 5 to 10 and it felt wonderful. Not too hot and not too cold. Where is the Beech River by chance? I am not familiar with it.
    Thank You,
    Mathieu

Good catch . I might be up in that area this week . If you see a guy in a White Alumacraft , it's me . I fish around Perryville , but seem to do better father to the north .

If you were fishing the pump station at Mousetail Landing , the Beech River would be up river about a mile , just past the 412 bridge on the right .

    Default Perryville Pumpstation

I assume you are talking about the pumpstation at beech bend. If so the water on the other side of the road is beech river. Here we call it perryville pump station. The pump station on the other side of the river mentioned in the previous post is Spring Creek Pumpstation. Just wanted to clarify. There is also two other pumpstations in the area Gumdale pumpstation, and Busselltown pumptation (on tnwr). All of these are landlocked except Spring Creek pumpstation which can be accessed via a cut in east bank of tn river just north of hwy 412 bridge.
