Default Old Hickery or Priest Good Friday

Have plans to be here to fish Friday and Saturday.
One of each, each day or one both days.
I know nothing about the lakes, where to find fish.
May have different fishing buddy with me both days.

Priest lake, will be coming out of Elm Hill Marina.
Let me know about a get together.

Come on guys! He needs someone to fish with on Good Friday. I can't get off work to do it! We finally got the driveway fixed so he can get his boat out of the yard.

Are you bringing your boat? Is your fishing buddy from here? Pardon me for this next question, but when is good Friday?

Ah the boat is already here! It's been here in Nashville since Thanksgiving. Good Friday is March 21. His fishing buddy (gal pal - me) lives just a mile from Percy Priest.

I am not no good on that end of the lake there.I fish more the upper end of Priest from Hobson Pike back toward Fate Sanders, and Stewarts Creek.Hong Kong Island aint to shabby this time of year just the wind is there wide open so might want a drift sock or a heavy anchor.Aint for sure about my work schedule yet that weekend if you are in the area and see a Blue Bass Tracker with a 90 merc on it hollar at me.But on the end you are talking about look around Bear Island and Suggs Creek near Viveratte boat ramp area.

If you go over to OH look around Cedar Creek Ramp and boat dock area.I heard a guy talking about sinking some trees there and catching crappie off them already.I aint had a chance to get up there and find the complete local on them though.Just knows he put in at Cedar Creek Ramp.

Most of the docks in Cedar Creek that are in 15-20 ft of water have good brush piles around them.

Hopefully we will get a lot of warm and sunny days and the water will get up into the 50s on Priest. Elm hill recreation area has some decent brushpiles that TWRA put out, and the main river channel swings right by the mouth of that creek. I have to work on Good Friday, but I'll more than likely be out there on that Saturday. I usually fish from the Hobson Pike bridge up to the dam.

...And I usually fish from Fate Sanders up to Old Jefferson on Priest (if we're going by bridges.) I'll be fishing that Saturday but I have to work a half day on Fridays.
