I am looking at new aluminium boats. I don't have to get one but I figure since I am 60, this will probably be my last boat. I am looking at the Lowe 195 and 188 and the Ranger 188. Ranger 178 could also be a consideration. I fish mostly the Tennessee river from Pickwick Dam to about the interstate and do venture to Pickwick lake to night fish. Was wondering about the listed models, good and bad. I currently have a 2011 Wareagle 754 vs stick steer but have some back and neck issues and chop on the lake is pretty painful. I just need a little softer ride and speed isn't really a concern.Sorry if this is the wrong area to post.
