Thread: Got on some today 1-13-22

Decided to get out today since wind was predicted to be low. Surprisingly it never got going much and out of the West-Northwest.
Caught 21 or so and brought 4 home to grill.
Water temp 41-42 , crappie suspended 5-12 ft deep. BG Monkey Milk BS main lure.

Surprised at the number of crappie I saw on LS following the jig but not taking sometimes.
I see this behavior with trout chasing a lure in the clear water a whole lot of times. Sometimes 3-4 chasing. Sometimes the competition makes one strike.
