Took my son to the Nickajack Dam on Wednesday to try to catch some skipjack, found out it was closed when we got there. Apparently all the TVA dams are closed now.

How's the access to other parts of Nickajack and Normandy now? Can you still get to boat launches? I don't want to drive another hour or so for no reason. Also, if the dams are closed off, where to go for skipjack?
