Push the wire back through and with a very small pair of needle nose pliers bend the J back into the wire on the clip end. If the weighs are too thick you may have to get a longer wire.

i picked up 6 of these at BPS today. They are sold in packs of two. I hope they work as well as yours. Looks like it has half the weight of yours.
