Why wait till spring, you can catch walleye all summer trolling dale hollow lake. Went last summer and got 4 nice ones with largest of 27". Get rigged up for trolling with planer boards. Downriggers help but not a necessity as you want to target the feeding eyes. Troll off drop offs and dont discount the suspended bait in the deeper water. See where you marking the fish and adjust weight and speed to get the baits where they need to be. I was using spinning crawler harnesses, you definitely need line counter reels also. I wish it wasnt a 7 and 1/2 hour drive from sc otherwise thats all i would do.
