HI, I am from Illinois(can't help it I was born herenow 13 grand kids here) my question what is life vest law in Tenn. mI am loaning my bout just 16 foot with 50hp to daughter & sonlaw for the week to take to Lake Douglas. kids range 13 to 20 do they have to keep lifevest on all the time in boat or just have one in boat?
