Good catch

I must be doing something wrong. Not looking for specifics, but could use some help. I sat under the light Saturday night until about 3 am. I probably caught 20-25 crappie, but not a single keeper. Caught a nice channel cat and some stripe, but no keeper crappie. I was fishing a bare hook with a minnow about 15 ft. under the bridge at Indian Creek.
