    How is the crappie fishing at Reelfoot? I may be heading over and wanting to now if they are biting? Shallow? Don't want anyone's secret spots or tricks but just needing to now if they have spawned out yet or still going strong. Thanks

    bite is best in the shallows, lots of big black males being caught around the shore and trees the last few days, seem the cool snap the last couple days has not bothered them. The bluegill bite is excellent right now also. lots of dinks being caught in mid range depts, but you can scratch out a good mess of fish if you stay with them.
