Thread: Jig Pole

Mostly use B&M's Bucks original jig poles for spider rigging. I do have two sam heaton signature series I use for single poling around trees and such. Love how you can feel everything with those.

I have a Sam's Super Sensitive that I like if I'm not somewhere that's has bigger fish. It doesn't handle 1#+ fish very well. Needs more backbone.

Check out kinghawk crappie casting rods they have lots of backbone.

I've owned several B&Ms but to me they don't have enough back bone. I'm partial to rear seat to help with balance in 11' length. I wish I could make my other Wally a rear seat some how.

Get one of these and use electrical tape to install. Works great. I just used tennis racquet tape to cover original seat where you will grip.
