    Default Cabins on ken- tuck

Wife said, hey let's get a cabin somewhere for spring break...Cabins on ken- tuck
Of course we can darling. So she read my mind.
2 questions. Number one is were looking to come from Arkansas and have heard of Kentucky lake cabins, are they in a good area on the lake for longlining?
Number 2 is what area is good this time of year to pull jigs. I know fish are already shallow in Mississippi , but don't know squat about Kentucky lake.
Not asking for directions to your personal hot spot, but General vicinity would be nice. Thanks in advance.
Sunday through Wednesday is what's planned...

There are several places, Paris Landing State Park, but I really enjoy going to Birdsong Resort. Around early/mid April is a good time.

Can't beat Paris Landing. Stay at Fishtale Lodge or get a cabin at Paris Landing. Go eat dinner at Meo Mio's.

I second Fishtale Lodge!!!! We've been staying there for a few years. They have cabins to rent also & not very far from Paris Landing. Give Sharon a call She could tell You things to do in area.

Since your going to be in the area it would be well worth the time to drive an hour west to the Discovery Park of America in Union City, TN. Great place to take the kids, but also really neat for adults as well. Check it out

While in union city the Dixie Gun works is there and they have an old car museum. They can cross over into Lbl and take the trace going north and visit the heritage homestead, the elk and bison range, the nature center, and the plantaterium. Just google land between the lakes. Have fun and stay safe.

we stayed at some cabins in cypess bay few yrs back really nice and reasonable price think aprox $70 or so a night. its about 10 min ride north of paris but its not bad at all to drive down to big sandy and put in. big sandy is a great place for jig pulling. also the discovery park in union city is really cool. i have a 9 yr old dauhgter and my parents and i took her down there last summer, she loved it. they also have a harley store, an express boat store and a 4 wheeler/motorcycle store all right next to one another.
