My son was out Monday, he shot docks in 6 to 12 fow and put 24 in the boat, he fished the upper end creeks with 1/16 red jig and KY Killer southern pro hot grubs. Most were black crappie and a bulk of them were males. Most fish came after 2:00 pm. Its been hit or miss this year so far but will be getting better over the next couple weeks.
