Brenda and I went "cruising" yesterday. We only saw two fishing boats actually trying to fish on Big Sandy. Lots of pleasure boaters burning gas though.

The 2 fishing were out from Mansard Island probably on the main channel drops.

What happened to the weekly fishing report that use to be on here? Is there another place to find it?

Yes. What do you consider deep? I have only been to the lake the last two years for vacation so I don't know the area real well..I usually take the kids out to swim during the day then motor around to find places to fish.

i usually like 16-28 ft drop myself and if theirs a hump or a bend in the creek channel close to the drop that helps.also look for fish around the powerlines if its gonna be a calm nite when are u gonna be there
