    Default Wolftever information

I am new to the north ga. area and several people have told me about wolftever creek area on lake Chicamauga. They didn't have any knowledge about which ramps to use. I was told that there are some ramps to avoid due to people messing with your stuff, don't know if this is true but don't want to chance it either. Where should I put in and is there a size limit of 10 inches on the lake?. I normally fish lake Talquin and will still make the long runs down there, plan on going again next week weather permitting. Any advice about where to fish and boat ramps will be greatly appreciated. I usually long line troll

Wolftever ramp (hwy 58) is fine. A few years back there was a rash of muffler cutting but it gets patrolled regularly by state park, TWRA, and local police.

    10 size limit.

My post today was from me putting in at the wolftever ramp at hwy 58 an yes longline will work fine. I did spend all my time on the Harrison bay side of the bridge but u can do the same up in wolftever. The ramp is patrolled often an there are cameras on the parking too. You will find that this lake will rival that of any u can go to. I also live in ga an thus far I have found non of our lakes to compete mainly bc the state does not have the size or number limits that chickamuga has.
