    I know I tore up my prop on some rocks. It vibrated like crazy at full speed but was able to nurse it back to the trailer. A small chunk was missing from each blade. A new prop mad all the difference in the world. Hope that is all it is.

    That sure was good news too.

    Looking for a new prop. 2600 rps you can feel it....go past it and it goes away

    Check and see if you have water in your lower unit oil. May have messed up a seal.
