We hit the water about 5:30 am Sunday morning. Perfect time to fish, water was smooth and all the party watercraft were still in bed. We caught a ton of 8 to 9 inch fish, but not many keepers and we caught some that weren't much bigger than the bait. Fished anywhere from 12 to 20 feet and the best colors were a purple/pink and smoke Lake Fork live baby shad and my tried & true west Sandy favorite blue and chartreuse tube jig. We had a great time and enjoyed the morning. Came off the water about 10:30 as the party boats were coming out.

Always a good thing to find the depth of biting fish with good weather and good company. Thanks for the report.
Was wondering how y'all did. I put in just before you that morning and spoke to you as you where going out. I recognized you from here. Me an my father in law got a few single poleing.
