Stayed at Tim's Ford Marina over the weekend. Weather was all over the place but mostly raining in the 50's and 60's. Water temp varied from 48-51 or so. We didn.t catch to many crappie but had a lot of fun with other fish.
Mainly small mouth. Lynn did get a few nice ones in one little cut in the shore that had a small tree in it. About 2 ft deep. Never would have figured them to be there. Caught a few others around downed trees. Water level is still low. Fish were starting to move shallow Sunday night. Fish were jumping everywhere. Come Monday morning and the fog rolled in and it got cooler and the fish were gone.
We caught many more small mouth that are not pictured. They ranged anywhere from 16 inch to 22 inch.
I was really proud of my 2 fishing partners Lynn, and her sister Connie. They tuffed it out in some very heavy rain and it paid off for them with nice fish. Way to go girls.
