What is considered to be the best yellow perch lake in TN for numbers as well as size? I used to catch them regularly in Chilhowee lake but, since they drained it several years ago the perch fishing has taken a hit. I don't get on the large numbers that I once did but, I seem to catch a few more bigger fish now.

I would not eat them out of Parksville (also known has Ocoee) due contamination from the copper mines upstream. Also check out Ocoee #3. Lake Hiawassee just across the border has good numbers too.
