Nice report. I'm gonna have to go east sometime and let y'all teach me how to shoot docks. Sounds like a blast.

Got on the water by 4:00.
72-74 Deg water. Wind blowing up river - current was pulling pretty hard to keep the lake levels in check since the monsoon rains.
Drizzling rain - no sunshine whatsoever.
No conditions that would make for good dock shooting - but that is what we like soooooo.....
Chase's 2nd cast on the ultra-lite with 4lb test he pulls in the LM. Needless to say some drag was getting pulled. It's funny how we are starting to get like...."ahhhh man it's a bass" Doh
He still had fun reeling it in though.
We got 2 more keeper crappie off the same dock and thought it was going to be a good day.
4 hours later we had 4 keepers total. 4 more non keepers but we had fun none the less.

Absolutely Jim. Don't know if you remember but you and I exchanged pm's last fall and you gave me some info about Tellico.
We started camping down at Toqua last fall. Started again down there last weekend and will be back down the 1st week of october I think.
I thought it was you but not sure. maybe we can hook up for a lesson when you're down this way. Know where some docks are.
GO BIG ORANGE !
I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.
