for me anyways. Tellico Lake this morning, water temp was 83-84, got a bit breezy as the day went along, caught this 'em on a black/silver LA baits sample I received in the mail. Had several more hits on it but no serious takers, then the bite just stopped. Ended up with 4 or five keepers, 1 dink. Wife got 2 dinks and bunch of hits. Was difficult to control the boat w/ the breeze at 10-15mph and swirling around (Thanks Irene) coming from different directions most of the time. Never could stay on my tracks over the structure I have marked on the gps

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

Nice fish Jim. A good buddy of mine lived on Tellico. It's a beautiful lake. Hopefully I'll get to come fish it sometime. You ever shoot any docks over there?
Same story on Tims. Sure beat sitting home wishing....

I know of several docks on Tellico, can check 'em out and see what the depth is up close and we'll talk bout it. How deep does it need to be, or should be, etc., you know. I'm always looking for a reason to go fishin'.
