    Default Tellico.....10/29/09

Fished the Fort Creek area today. We stayed in a 50 yard space most of the day and had 16 keepers with about 35- 40 short fish( 5-6 inches real short). Fished in 20 ft water, throwing flies under a float about 12-14 ft deep over stumps. My partner pulled in a Walleye that was 26 in long and weighed a little over 6 lb. A couple next to us was trolling the main channel (27 ft) using flies tipped with grubs. They had caught 18 total, with 11 keepers by noon. It stayed real foggy until noon......water temp. was 62.
About two weeks ago, i was fishing the Flat Creek area on Douglas and i ran into the world famous BOOGER at the ramp. We talked to him for 30 minutes or so. He's a real piece of work!! Super guy! As usual, he and Mrs. Booger had their limits. He said that she caught most of their limits:D and that he was just along for the ride.:D

Good day CC...and as is most always the case, Mrs. Booger is the real catcher in that boat!

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
