my first crappie condoes
me an my fishing partner put out some crappie condos ,this morning an i hope to put up the picture ,an get some comments,we put them in 12 ft of water close to 18 ft of water.well here goes hope it works.comments appriciated............

Yea that type of cover positioned correctly will hold a few big fish as opposed to several smaller ones.
I will be putting out some similar stuff soon just for the windy daysin hopes of the wall hanger!

I think a few sticks tied horizontal in different directions among those would help some, being that the sticks in the buckets are straight up.

After removing a few boards off of some pallets, we anchored them in the flats of Enid lake. We made squares (boxes) with them with the boards running horizontal and space at the corners. Another area close by we drove 100 stakes, some 3 to 8 inches apart. When they were covered with water all we found around the stakes were throw backs. The pallets held keepers. I'm guess the larger fish like to get under things.
I've been told of making a rail fence with limbs and boards, anchor the post and have good luck with them.
