If the fishing is not as good as hoped for, we plan on bringing fillets from the freezer to supplement the catch.

Two for Thurs thru Sat. We will bring homemade tarter sause and secret fish dippin sause (ketcup/horseradish).

What is the name of the first small motel on the right when you leave the campground on 79 headed toward Paris? It is right next door to a bait shop/gas/groc store. It has been a few years since I have been to Paris and it may not even be open now.

I've passed by that place a hundred times and don't remember the name. Blue and Gray Marine is right there too, I think. I'll try to find out today and get back with you. You might also want to check out Fish Tale Lodge. It's probably not even a mile past the one you're talking about headed toward Paris. Here's the link: Fishtale Lodge They rent rooms and cabins.

Also, Little Eagle RV Park is close by. Here's the link: Welcome to Little Eagle RV Park They rent cabins.

    Hope this helps!

I called the motel next to Blue/Gray marine. They wanted $66.00 incl tax a night for two people. Good night things sure are expensive these days. It looks like about $40 a night would be a fair price for that establishment. It is not the Holiday Inn. I guess I just cheap in my old age.

Anybody know how much a camping spot is at Paris Landing State Park?

Campsites are $20 per night. If you're over 62, you get a senior discount. I want to say it's 1/2 off, but I'm not sure.
