As posted above I can bring Smoked chicken and Brisket. I will have it done before getting there. But its just as good warmed up as it is fresh.
Smoker is 2 hard to get there. But I do this a lot. Smoking Chicken at Pickwick for this Saturday's meal . Then again for Sundays church meal. Then the next weekend smoking
60 lbs Boston butts, chicken and brisket for a Catering gig.
I enjoy it not as much as fishing. But I enjoy it.

What day is most planning on getting there on? I was thinking Thursday, may change that a few days early.
Hope the weather is great, fishing is the best ever. But I hear Crappiehunter is going to be there. He brings bad weather with him everywhere he goes.:D
Boy I'm looking forward to this.
Also I think I read where Canepole was looking or getting prizes for this? If so I will throw in some jigs tied just for Paris Landing. How about 1/4 oz and Orange heads and white tail?
Or White heads and Orange tail?:D:D
If A few will let me know what color works best there in the fall.I will try to tie up a dozen or so for this.

I'll be there sometime before Sat. I think my parents will be down from Indiana. Watch the Rangers in the St. Park. I hear all Park Rangers have a bad attitude. Especially with the folks from Mcnairy County.

    DTG,
Is this the cooker that you have? Welcome to R & V Works . If it is, could you give me some feedback about them. I am thinking about buying a 6 gal 2 basket fryer.
    Thanks,
    CC

Todd your talking about the 17th? Or will your folks not get there until the 24th?
Only the rangers from Chicksaw have bad attitude's LOL

DTG I hope to have the 12 gallon cooker by next spring. Only thing is they sound like a Jet . LOL
But have a fix for that and will add it to the one I get and if it works.:D Then there will be a kit for them to make it where you can talk and not go deaf while cooking .

    Pete,
We will be there on the 20th or the 21st. I have put in for a transfer to Paris Landing. It may take Nashville a few months to get the paperwork done. It looks like I'm headed up there.

Buddy that is great news.. You will not be worth a dime then. Hope they have the paper work finished and your there way before spring time..:D Also get a place big enough for me to have a room when I show up to fish all the time.
I still plan on being there Saturday morning between 10 and 11am. If my back will act right.
Call me this weekend. I will also have your 1/4 0z orange and Green jigs with me.:p
