i have comitted a sin
just got back from bass pro trying to find a replacement for the rod that went overboard and as yall know they dont come cheap....errrr being a poor boy on a strict budget i looked around and you cant find anything there under $40. mainly looking for somehting that an extra on board could use....the only thing that fit my price range and had decent action but not perfered was a UGLY STICK. not wanting to go on a wild goose chase looking for rods i went ahead and bought it.....at least my friends now have an extra rod to fish with :D.

pete, there is absolutely no shame in purchasing a fine piece of fishing equipment like you did and you should feel proud.
