Default i have comitted a sin

just got back from bass pro trying to find a replacement for the rod that went overboard and as yall know they dont come cheap....errrr being a poor boy on a strict budget i looked around and you cant find anything there under $40. mainly looking for somehting that an extra on board could use....the only thing that fit my price range and had decent action but not perfered was a UGLY STICK. not wanting to go on a wild goose chase looking for rods i went ahead and bought it.....at least my friends now have an extra rod to fish with :D.

pete, there is absolutely no shame in purchasing a fine piece of fishing equipment like you did and you should feel proud. I knew this day would come and I know deep in my heart that no one on this board would ever give you any kind of backlash over things you might have said in the past about ugly stiks and the people who use them

Pete it sounds like you stepped up alot,They say once you go ugly you dont go back.
If people concentrated on the REALLY important things in life....
there would be a shortage of fishing poles !

Pete, that is terrible.Your sin is unforgivable, say 3 hail Mary's then move to SC
Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish, he'll sit in a boat and drink beer all day.
