    Default Casting for Crappie

Any doing it much on the banks yet? I dont think i will get my long lines out this weekend at Murray. Thinking about just going shallow and casting underspin or beetle spin to the banks for spawners. I have done a little scoping lately too, but mostly I have been after bass. Anyone catching them this way right now? What jig combo has worked best for you if so?

I could only catch 5 scoping with jigs at Murray last sunday. Saw plenty in 8-10' . Water was 59. Im going to hit greenwood this weekend. But ill have some minnows to throw this time. Used orange charlie brewer on 3/32 RR head.

Was only able to catch TWO at Greenwood this past saturday casting. Both were 1.5-1.75lbs tho. Switched to bass around 11am and did MUCH better.
