    They will suspend under the dock. And I would probably put a brick in the bottom of the pipe and pvc cap glued on to keep the brick from falling out. I plan to slide pvc pipes over the rope it hangs on so no one gets hung up. So they would be subject to current swaying them a little. I did suspend this one 15 years ago but haven’t checked it in a long time. And it’s in the middle of the dock. These would be in front of each bench.
