I have a friend at Church that fishes it November on. I went with him 2 years ago and caught crappie. He fishes just below bridge on the left. We were tightline near bank and I was casting a jig towards bank with jig and catching crappie. I think first mouth of a creek on left below bridge we caught them there. He loves that place starting November and not sure how many more months he fishes there.
