You are not. Some of us use jigs at night. Cutbait is the pro at it. Just use a very slow retrieve after letting the jig fall to the bottom. I use his jigs he makes. He has some very good jigs. I like the flick tail type. Round body with a flat tail. Small size is best it seams. One turn seams to take forever on a light head jig. It works though. Just be ready for the thump. Cutbait has some new ones so you will have to PM him. He can fill you in.
