Scattered fish
Fished withers and some other spots nearby ... 10:30 til 1:30. Shot a few docks as shallow as 5ft way back in creek and caught a couple ... long lined mouth of creek and caught a couple ... I caught fish 5ft and fish 25ft. So frustrating. Also caught a few bass. Threw everything back today and sadly only one picture sorry!

Having fun is all that matters. glad you took the time to share that one picture but heck....all is good.Stay after em. If possible look for some stained water so hopefully you can figure out more of a pattern. Just enjoy the catch, learn something, and have fun! Good luck and congrats on the fish you caught.

Wylie did you cast a jig or minnow to the banks under a small cork? I would think if you can't find them out from the banks then they are closer to the bank. If I get to go tomorrow I'm going to try that and try to find me a secret hole to fish Saturday!

I did a jig 2 ft under a float with no success. There was a gentleman throwing straight minnows under bobbers around a dock 10ft and bank. All fish came deep side of dock ... I remember tearing em up very shallow into mid may last year in withers so I'm optimistic. This crappiefest at ebenezer may throw me for a loop cause I'm good up the lake. Of course my best fish this year came from below buster Boyd a good ways. In a secret location. I'm optimistic!!!Originally Posted by BigDawgg
